How Does Poolz Finance Work?
Poolz Finance is a decentralized platform that enables crypto projects to raise funds for bootstrapping liquidity while allowing investors to discover promising projects. The platform has two types of pools: Direct Sale Pools (DSP) and Time-Locked Pools (TLP). DSP is a pool without any lock-in period, where investors receive the token immediately after the sale. TLP, on the other hand, has a lock-in period where investors receive their swapped tokens only after the period ends.
To start the process, project owners select the relevant blockchain for their projects and enter basic token details and total supplies. They also specify the auction parameters, including payment methods, swapping ratios, and percentage discounts for Poolz token holders.
On the other hand, liquidity providers (investors) select a blockchain ecosystem of their choice and connect their compatible wallets. They can browse through all listed pools, which include information such as opening time, closing time, remaining time, token name, payment method, swapping ratio, and present status. Investors then input the number of tokens they want to buy. Depending on the pool’s type and duration, the swapped tokens will immediately go to their wallets or after the specified time period.
POOLX Token Usage
The POOLX token has several use cases, including staking and rewards, governance, and token burn. POOLX holders can earn passive income by staking their tokens in wallets or liquidity pools. Additionally, rewards and incentives for participating in the Poolz platform will be given in POOLX tokens. Holders of POOLX tokens can also gain voting rights and participate in the community’s decision-making process. They can vote on proposals, pool audits, token circulation, burn ratio, distribution, and more. Poolz Finance will use a portion of its daily earnings to buy and burn POOLX tokens, thus reducing its supply.
