How Does SellToken Work?
SellToken is a decentralized exchange that offers short-selling options. It has the ability to short tokens for as little as ten thousand yuan. Project parties from all over the world can list their own project tokens on SellToken. Furthermore, there is a basic reserve for non-redeemable short pools. Retail investors can add a certain amount of tokens to earn daily token interest and work with the project party to increase the size of the short pool assets.
Individual investors can also add short pools with fixed deposits for 1-day, 5-day, and 10-day periods. It comes with interest rates of 0.01%, 0.06%, and 0.135%, respectively. Upon maturity, the local currency and interest can be withdrawn from the short pool together. With SellToken, users can easily and securely engage in short selling and earn daily token interest while working with project parties to maximize short pool assets.
How to Use SellToken?
SellToken allows users to transact using blockchain-based currencies such as ETH and BNB for the settlement of transactions. Users can open short positions and close positions. Additionally, the amount of money that can be opened for short-selling depends on the size of the currency’s short pool.
The maximum allowable short-selling amount is 10% of the assets in the short-selling pool. Meanwhile, the maximum return on short-selling is also 10% of the assets in the real-time short-selling pool. When a user opens a short position, 97% of their short funds are automatically purchased by the token and returned to the short pool.
To open a short position, users only need to enter the token contract address into the SellToken Dapp. It will query the details of the short pool assets of the token and decide whether to open a short position. The smart contract records the initial price of the user’s position, and the user’s individual profits and losses are settled based on the fluctuation ratio of the token market after the real-time currency price rises by 2%. Each wallet address can also simultaneously hold multiple tokens and open short positions as needed.

This prevents malicious manipulation of token prices by sellers. Additionally, the SellToken aggregation platform supports all ERC20 tokens. By using SellToken, users can transact securely and transparently, without having to worry about fraudulent practices that are often associated with traditional centralized exchange contracts.
