ShareRing Expands in Southeast Asia With 25% Stake in Thailand’s Transformational

ShareRing (SHR) has taken a major step in expanding across Southeast Asia after announcing it has acquired a 25% equity stake in Transformational, a Thailand-based digital transformation company. Alongside the investment, both firms also signed a Value Added Reseller (VAR) Agreement, making Transformational an official distributor of ShareRing’s privacy-first digital identity solutions in Thailand and the broader region.

The move positions ShareRing to accelerate deployment of its self-sovereign identity (SSI) technology, supporting both enterprises and government initiatives where secure, interoperable identity frameworks are increasingly becoming a priority.

Why Thailand Matters Right Now

Thailand is at an important stage in its digital development.
