TINAGeo Dashcam D1 is a 4K connected dashcam developed by TINA in collaboration with THINKWARE. In addition to conventional vehicle recording, the device is designed to collect road and mobility data that can contribute to TINA’s Geo-DePIN network. Pre-orders opened on September 10, 2026, starting at KRW 599,000, with initial shipments estimated for Q2 2027.
As Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) continue to extend beyond digital infrastructure into the physical world, geospatial data is emerging as a key area where connected devices and distributed user participation can come together.
TINA is a Geo-DePIN project building a decentralized geospatial data network powered by community participation, mobility infrastructure, and connected edge devices.
Following the recent listing of TINA on MEXC, the project is expanding beyond its app-based participation model with dedicated vehicle hardware: the TINAGeo Dashcam D1.
More than a premium dashcam, TINAGeo Dashcam D1 is designed as an edge device that can contribute real-world road and mobility data to the TINAGeo network through everyday driving.
What Is TINA?
TINA is building a Geo-DePIN network designed to collect, verify, and continuously update real-world geospatial information.
The network encompasses data such as Points of Interest (POIs), road information, mobility patterns, and other location-based data. Over time, such datasets may support a wide range of applications, including navigation, mobility services, logistics, smart cities, and AI-powered geospatial services.
Traditional mapping and geospatial data systems have largely relied on centralized companies or institutions to collect and maintain data. The Geo-DePIN model takes a different approach by enabling distributed users and connected devices to participate directly in the data-generation process.
Within the TINAGeo ecosystem, users can contribute to the network in various ways, including registering and verifying places and providing mobility-related data.
TINA is now extending this participation model into dedicated edge hardware.
Trading for TINA/USDT began on MEXC on September 17, 2026, representing another step in the project’s continued expansion of its geospatial ecosystem.
Why Is TINA Adding Dashcams to Its Geo-DePIN Network?
One of the fundamental challenges of geospatial data is keeping information accurate and up to date.
Road environments are constantly changing. Construction, road conditions, traffic infrastructure, commercial areas, and mobility patterns evolve over time, requiring mapping and mobility platforms to continuously refresh their datasets.
Vehicles naturally travel through these real-world environments every day, making them a potentially effective infrastructure layer for collecting road and mobility data.
TINAGeo Dashcam D1 was designed around this concept.
Rather than requiring users to perform separate data-collection tasks, the device is designed to collect relevant road and driving data during normal vehicle use and connect that information to the TINAGeo network.
In this model, the dashcam functions both as a conventional in-vehicle recording device and as an edge device within TINA’s Geo-DePIN infrastructure.
Introducing TINAGeo Dashcam D1
TINAGeo Dashcam D1 is a connected dashcam developed in collaboration with THINKWARE, which TINA positions as a premium vehicle device integrated with its Geo-DePIN network.
The device combines THINKWARE’s dashcam technology with TINAGeo’s geospatial data infrastructure.
According to the project’s official product information, key features of the D1 include:
- SONY STARVIS 2 imaging technology
- UHD 4K video recording
- HDR (High Dynamic Range)
- 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz Wi-Fi
- 2.3-inch IPS touchscreen
- Compact in-vehicle design
- Integration with the TINAGeo App
Through the TINAGeo App, users can connect their dashcam, review driving activity, and access features related to the broader TINAGeo ecosystem.
Manufactured in South Korea, the D1 is designed not only as a premium dashcam but also as a physical data-collection layer for the TINAGeo network.
Connecting Everyday Driving With Network Contribution
One of the key differences between TINAGeo Dashcam D1 and a conventional dashcam is how driving activity can be connected to the TINAGeo ecosystem.
According to TINA, eligible road and driving data collected through the D1 can contribute to the project’s geospatial network.
Users can connect the device to the TINAGeo App, and activities that meet the project’s network contribution requirements may be recognized through TINA’s reward framework.
This creates a model in which physical mobility infrastructure, such as vehicles and connected dashcams, can participate in the ongoing development of a decentralized geospatial dataset.
These participation rewards, however, should not be interpreted as fixed financial returns.
Reward eligibility, distribution conditions, and token amounts may vary according to the project’s policies and applicable requirements, while the market value of TINA may also fluctuate.
The broader objective of this model is to create a system in which users and devices that contribute to data generation can participate in the network’s contribution framework.

Hardware as the Next Layer of Geo-DePIN
TINAGeo Dashcam D1 represents another stage in the evolution of TINA’s network architecture.
The TINAGeo ecosystem initially focused primarily on app-based participation, allowing users to contribute information such as real-world place data.
The introduction of dedicated vehicle hardware adds another potential layer to this model: continuous data collection through connected devices moving through real-world environments.
This reflects one of the broader concepts behind DePIN — connecting physical infrastructure to decentralized networks and transforming real-world activity into digital data and services.
TINA is applying this concept specifically to geospatial and mobility data.
As connected edge devices such as dashcams become more widely deployed, they could potentially complement community-generated POI data with more continuously updated information about roads and mobility environments.
Scaling such a model, however, also depends on the network’s ability to transform distributed data into reliable and useful datasets.
TINA also states that the system uses on-device edge processing to blur faces and license plates before collected data reaches the decentralized network. As the network scales, the effectiveness of these privacy protections, along with data verification and quality controls, will remain important factors in determining the usefulness of the resulting datasets.
Looking Ahead
TINA’s recent MEXC listing and the launch of the TINAGeo Dashcam D1 pre-order represent two different areas of the project’s ongoing development.
One expands accessibility to the TINA token ecosystem, while the other extends the physical infrastructure supporting the project’s Geo-DePIN network.
In particular, D1 illustrates how the DePIN concept can move beyond software-based participation and into consumer hardware connected to everyday activities such as driving.
TINAGeo Dashcam D1’s detailed specifications, pre-order terms, shipping schedule, and participation requirements can be found through TINA’s official channels.
